One shared knowledge base for the Low Tide portfolio. Everyone at Low Tide can view and edit. Data is stored as a single file in SharePoint () on the Company Wide site — every save syncs for all staff, and SharePoint keeps the full version history of the file. Tenant information is intentionally not stored in this wiki.
Photos ship with the site: IT adds a JPG/PNG named by property ID (e.g. 1102.jpg) to the photos/ folder in the GitHub repo and it appears on that building's card and page on the next deploy. Buildings without a photo show a generated tile automatically.
“Load starter data” replaces the shared file with the built-in list of 64 buildings and the 151-contact directory (from the June 2026 on-call sheet) — only use it to initialize the wiki or reset it.
